I made it a point to always take the path less traveled, until I learned the path less traveled often leads to where no one wants to go.

Mike Tyson said "Everyone has a plan 'til they get punched in the mouth." So I've stopped planning, and instead got really good at taking punches to the mouth.

I learned to let go, and trust my team, and let the chaos in, make room for spontaneous order, happy accidents, riffs, and ad-libs. That's where the inconceivable perfections lie; in the mistakes, the lucky accidents, and the bold leaps of faith.
